Staff Sgt Valentine’s constant professional display set an example of high standards for all to follow. Staff Sgt Valentine’s high level of combatives knowledge and skillset along with his ability to share that knowledge to new students will make all the officers in attendance safer while performing their duties. Shortly after the Fight Like a Girl course one of the females in attendance was involved in an officer involved shooting. She credited the training she had received for winning the deadly force situation.
